All platform content including logos, branding, designs, and software remain the property of Shauc or respective owners.

7. Disclaimer

Shauc does not organize or host every event listed on the platform and cannot guarantee event quality, safety, scheduling, or availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shauc shall not be liable for losses arising from cancelled events, inaccurate listings, organizer actions, or third-party services.
